Yep that's just about been my day. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be as good as new!

That moment...

That moment when you can't help but praise your Savior for his absolute goodness. Yeah, I had one of those tonight.

A couple of weeks ago, I started going through Believing God by the fabulous Beth Moore with my bible study group. It just blows my mind how faithful God is to teach when I earnestly seek him. Over the past two weeks God has taught me so much about believing him. Not believing IN him, but simply believing him. Believing He is who He is. Believing He can do what He says He can do. Believing I am who He says I am. Believing that I can do all things through Christ. And believing His word is alive and active in me. It is when I simply believe him that my theology (what I know to be true about God) will collide with my reality (what I experience). I am learning to simply believe God, and it's amazing to experience the freedom, joy and peace that it brings!

A Late Recap

Why hello there! It's been a while now hasn't it. To be quite honest I've had lots of things that I could have blogged about, but I just haven't felt like sitting down and doing it. Sorry....But since my sister has bugged me about it for a while, I told her I would try to get back to it.

One post I thought about doing over Christmas vacation was a recap of 2011. I'm about a month late, considering its almost February now... and I should have done this on like January 1 or even December 31. But what can I say!?

I praise God for 2011, not only did he teach me so much, but I got to be a part of some huge moments in my friends lives, I got to make memories with my friends and family that will be forever and got to explore some new places in the world! I am so excited to see what he's got in store for this year!
