At the Kaleo conference I went to this past weekend, Dave Hunt led the worship. We sang this song that he wrote based on the amazing passage of scripture Romans 8:31-39.
“What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
What a powerful promise to claim as a believer! Praise God for his goodness!!
“Nothing Can Separate Us” by Dave Hunt
All praises be to the risen King, this is our offering to our Jesus. All who bear his name come with banners raised, hearts set ablaze by king Jesus. We cry out, we cry out against the prince of darkness, we’ve be rescued and ransomed by Christ.
Nothing can separate us from God in Jesus, we are more than conquers through Him who loved us. So lift your hands, shout his name, dance for joy and give Him praise cause nothing can separate us from His love!
Not height or depth, neither life nor death, no nothing else in all creation can take us from the holy one and his perfect love found in Jesus. Our hope, yes our hope is in our glorious Savior, we’ve ben rescued and ransomed by Christ.

I’m amazed at how high, I’m in awe of how wide, I’m grateful for the depth in the love of Jesus.
